I first met Shane on a rainy day when he was unloading tools for a job next door. I was at my wit’s end, frustrated and overwhelmed and almost in tears trying to get my project going —I felt like I had to “pitch” just to find a reliable builder. Shane and Matt came down during their lunch break and I explained what I was thinking to do with the place. By the end of the week, I had a detailed quote and a clear plan in place—something no one else had been able to provide.

From start to finish, Shane, Matt, and Clay were nothing short of exceptional. They were always responsive, whether by phone, text, or email, and never left me waiting for answers. Their professionalism was evident in every site visit, where they took the time to explain progress, completed work, and next steps. Not having renovated before I was apprehensive when my husband suggested the idea. And this remained the case until I met the team at FASA Built. Shane was approachable and his relaxed disposition made me feel at ease as we discussed the plans and process. Following this, any residual anxiety dissipated the second the build began. It is completely without fault. Not only is the space visually beautiful but it’s practical and any potential has been maximised through the teams ideas and implementation. 

I remain thankful to Shane, Matt and Clay for the work they did on our home. It provides for a timeless backdrop for many of my favourite memories as I watch my family grow.
